How to make Gokshuradi Guggulu

  • Firstly take 56graam Gokshura panchang(Root, stem, Leaves, Flowers, Seeds ) and grind to make fine powder. Mix this powder in 16 times water (56*16 = 0.616-litre water) and boil.
  • when it remains 0.308 Liter then Mix 14gram Shuddha Guggulu and now it has to thicken.
  • Now mix Shunthi, Maricha, Pippali, Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki, and Mustak (each in 7 grams). Now in this paste, mix ghee or castor oil. And make 500mg round tablets.
